Terms and Conditions
All Bookings for Green Leaf Services are made on these Terms and Conditions only to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions, whether written or oral.
Regular cleaning service means, when a customer books a cleaner for a minimum of 5 cleaning, a minimum of 3 hours per visit.
House cleaning service includes: dusting, vacuuming, floor cleaning, bathroom cleaning, removal of litter and changing beds if applicable. Not including window cleaning and carpet cleaning.
Deep cleaning of a property means, 8 hours of cleaning service. Extra hours of cleaning can be purchased separately. Depending on the size of the property it may suit for two or more cleaners at a time. Cleaning with two cleaners means 4 hours of cleaning with each cleaner. Not including window cleaning and carpet cleaning.
Move in move out cleaning and spring cleaning means the deep cleaning of a property with some extra tasks included.
If you introduce us to a friend, who signs up for a regular cleaning, you receive 19% off your next regular cleaning service. Please note, that you cannot receive 19% off other cleaning services, like deep, carpet or window cleaning.
Vouchers could be purchased online on the website. The place of the cleaning has to be located in Dublin, Ireland. Travel surcharges may apply. We are planning to extend our services in Ireland in the future.
Online form filling on the website
By filling any form on the website, you agree to be subscribed on our and our partners’ e-mailing list where we send you special offers and information about green cleaning and our services.
Pricing and payment
Existing customers will be given 30 days’ notice of any price changes.
Payment must be made to Green Leaf Services within the timeframe indicated on the received invoice.
Cancellation of a scheduled cleaning service will be charged at 50%, where less than 8 days notice is given and 100%, where less than 2 days notice is given or if the cleaner cannot access the property.
Green Leaf Services undertakes to provide absolute security for your keys at all times. In the unlikely event of any keys being lost by Green Leaf Services, we will make appropriate arrangements as soon as reasonably possible. Green Leaf Services shall not be liable for any loss or damage as a result of a delay caused by you.
Green Leaf Services may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials of Green Leaf Services and will not give your name or any other details to a 3rd party.
Health & Safety
In order to protect our employees, they are instructed not to enter an environment they consider to be unsafe, dangerous to health, or inoperable for any reason, but are instructed to withdraw from the premises and to report the problem. In this event the customer will be charged 100% of the cost of the cleaning service.
In the unfortunate event of you being dissatisfied with the service you have received from Green Leaf Services or in case of a cleaner hasn’t visited your properties in the agreed time, you should contact Green Leaf Services within 48 hours by filling in the complaint form on www.greenleafservices.ie/complaints. Green Leaf Services will endeavour to ensure that all your concerns and complaints are resolved quickly and amicably. Only complaints filed on www.greenleafservices.ie/complaints filled within 48 hours will be addressed.
Cleaner Sick Absence
In the unfortunate event of a cleaner being sick and cannot turn up at a cleaning we will organize a replacement cleaning as soon as possible if requested.
Changes of the terms and conditions
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and your continued use of the Green Leaf Services web site or services offered by Green Leaf Services, following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is therefore your responsibility to check the Terms and Conditions regularly for any changes.
